Initiated in 2008, the CABC is a longtime programming partner of Printed Matter’s Art Book Fairs. Now organized by Center for Book Arts, the CABC committee includes historians, art librarians, artists, and professionals in the field. The 2022 conference, titled Re-Envisioning Artists’ Book Visibility, explores visibility as it pertains to artists’ books in the public sphere and is scheduled to take place virtually with an in-person keynote lecture by writer, educator, and artist Kameelah Janan Rasheed.
