How long can I be on trial for?
The trial has no time limit and while in trial you can configure your account and access the first 1,000 bookings.
What happens after I take 1,000 bookings?
After the first 1,000 bookings, ARTSVP will continue to take bookings on your behalf but you will need to upgrade to access these bookings from the guest list. However you will be able to download these bookings in a .csv file.
Can I use the trial to take real bookings?
Yes. The trial is designed to let you get used to how ARTSVP make it easy to get and manage bookings.
What features can I use in the the trial?
Depending on what plan you select, you will have access to all of that plans features. If you want access to any specific custom features not available on your plan, please email [email protected] and we will happily activate them.
Can I sell tickets on the trial?
Yes. You can sell tickets while on the trial and will be charge the same booking fee as the starter plan which is 7%. This is great way to see how simple ARTSVP makes the purchasing of tickets for your users.
Why do you charge a subscription?
Subscriptions not only provide you with a lower monthly running cost (compared to high one-off set up fees), but also empower you to gain greater value the more you use the service. Our annual plans provide significant discounts for those planning for the year ahead and you can change or cancel your subscription at any time for complete flexibility.
I just have a one-off event, do I need a subscription?
If you have an event that will require less than 1,000 bookings, this can be handled by a free trial on one of the plans. If your event is larger, our annual pricing is significantly discounted to cater for many clients running just a few events a year. If you are however doing a large, one-off event we recommend reaching out to our sales team who can advise on the best value options based on your requirements.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits and NGOs?
Our Starter plan is designed to give the key features required at an affordable price. If you require advanced features, we can provide discounts on a case by case basis. Please contact [email protected].
I'm not sure which plan is right for me?
If you are not sure which plan is right for you we recommend starting on the Starter plan. Although this has fewer featuresm it provide the key functionality to allow your customers to make bookings quickly and easily.
